Dang, slackin dont pay.... thats all i gotta say >.<

So i got a 6/10 today for my blogging. I knew that i missed like a day of blogging but i didnt know he was gunna grade it so soon. I guess i should really pay attention and get my work done more. Anyway.....
Yesterday we were reading a story and i didn't want to read but then i was called on. When i was called on i started reading, and not to long after i had realized why Nate had picked on me. The whole paragraph, just that one, had to deal with slavery. It was funny i a way but in others it wasnt. It didnt really get me mad though to be honest, just weird mostly.
Today i was reading a book for one of the best poets alive, personally i believe that one of the best poets that there has ever been is tupac. Most people didnt know that he was a very highly educated man. He went to school and even finished college and got his degree in something dealing with poetry. Through this he began rapping and he started turning his raps into a sense of poetry. His words touched and flowed into the hearts of many people. One of my personal favorite words he said is as followed : " The world can't have peace unless we get a piece (gun) too." Another one is, "Cops don't give a damn about a negro, shoot a nigga kill a nigga he's a hero. Let the lord judge the criminal." Many of his words touch my soul and actual lets me feel what he was going though. If i was to become a poet it would most definately be because of him.
